Returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@miryontime.com immediately.
We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
